International Women’s Day is a tribute to the resilience, determination, and unwavering spirit of women all around the world. At Promising, we decided to celebrate this special day in a way that would truly surprise the incredible women on our team.

Without revealing our plans, we quietly prepared for the celebration. Our idea was simple yet meaningful, to show appreciation for each woman’s unique qualities through thoughtful gifts, flowers, and a heartfelt letter.

On Women’s Day, we went about our day as if nothing was planned. Meanwhile, behind the scenes, everything was coming together. As discussed, we arranged gifts and flowers for our Promising women. When the moment arrived, they were invited into a cabin where the gifts were placed. Each Promising woman picked up a flower with a name tag attached to it, along with a small note expressing gratitude for her distinctive qualities.

Their reactions were priceless: surprised, mesmerized, and deeply touched by the gesture. Each of us then took a moment to acknowledge the valuable contributions of the women on our team.

To make the celebration more engaging, we included a fun game where each woman picked a chit that revealed the gift she would receive. This added excitement and joy to the occasion, making the experience even more memorable.

At Promising, Women’s Day was not just about celebrating our own team but also about honoring women everywhere. Women, who, with their perseverance and hard work, uplift themselves and those around them.
