Recently, we created an ad campaign for our reputed real estate client Bhosale Properties to promote their upcoming project named "Bhosale Galaxy".
Our inspiration came from the classic Marathi movie “Ashi Hi Banvabanvi,” which stars legendary actors like Ashok Saraf, Laxmikant Berde, and Sachin Pilgaonkar. We creatively incorporated the iconic line, “Dhananjay Mane ithech rahtat ka?” meaning “Does Mr. Dhananjay Mane live here?” into our campaign.
Just like the film, which portrays the hurdles faced by four friends while searching for a home in Pune, our campaign corresponded with the audience’s own search for the perfect living haven.
The results spoke for themselves. The campaign was met with enthusiasm and curiosity, leading to a significant number of inquiries. At a recent real estate event, our client welcomed 197 walk-ins out of 500 attendees, accumulating an impressive 30% engagement rate. The campaign’s success can be ascribed to its blend of humour, relevance, and nostalgic appeal.
