It’s painful to say goodbye to someone whom you don’t want to let go. But it’s more painful to ask someone to stay if you know they really have to go. It’s the same for 2016.

The wonderful 2016 showered many blessings and not just the much needed rains on drought hit India.

It must have given just Silver and a Bronze in Olympics but left a memorable mark that Indian women have arrived in the world of sports. India’s best ever performance in the history of the summer Paralympics with a total of 4 medals (2 Gold, Silver and a Bronze) came in 2016. The National Sport, Hockey fast marched to the old glory. With good performance in Olympics, Silver in Champions Trophy, Asian Championship and the Junior World Cup, Hockey again is the game to follow. Cricket the religion of India saw a smooth and healthy transition from captain cool to captain vibrant with India and Indians topping all charts and listings by ICC.

It was not only sports but Indians made it big everywhere. Global MNCs saw Indians taking charge as CEOs. The year saw ISRO putting into orbit 34 satellites. Apart from simultaneously launching 20 satellites, the year also saw ISRO activating its own NavIC satellite navigation system.

We saw a very futuristic Prime Minister take some revolutionary decisions. The Demonetization of 500 and 1000 currency notes was the most recognizable decision taken by Indian Governance in all its history and it was well accepted by commoners who are resent to corruption and black money.

Things went wonderful and small businesses flourished in 2016!

At Promising Designs it was another fascinating year. We grew the team size by 7; none left us for another year again. All clients were well looked after and happy; that no one hunted our replacement. We added 10 more names to our satisfied customer list, launched 8 real estate projects, introduced 7 new FMCG products in the market, designed a few national campaigns and implemented too. 2016 gave us entry in IT and Auto Industry as well.

Technologically we made advancements in our digital, 3D and film teams. We also added services like Augmented and Virtual Reality to further accomplish ourselves as a full service agency.

All this happened in the wonderful 2016. It’s time to bid adieu. They say every ending has a new beginning.
